The Griffin Restaurant and Bar
Old Amersham, Buckinghamshire – Aug 2021
The brief was to design a new restaurant in a 15th Century listed building in the centre of Old Amersham. We completely redesigned the space from a previous restaurant that was on the site to create a warm and inviting space that complemented the architectural features of the building and made it feel like home. The use of colour, particularly pink which is a favourite of the owner, and textures has added some vibrancy and fun to the space. A new bar area was designed for the centre of the restaurant which adds a focal point and is a great place to enjoy a cocktail before dinner.
